Due to the handcrafted and artistic nature of our pieces, no returns or refunds are accepted under any circumstances.

Each creation (pendant sculptures and photographs) is made with care and may present slight variations that are part of its authenticity and value.

Only if the product arrives damaged during shipping or is incorrect, the situation will be reviewed. In such cases, the customer must contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide photographic evidence. If approved, we will offer a replacement piece or store credit, never a cash refund.
